Day 1: Arrive in Edinburgh.—meet David in Edinburgh and begin our adventure—on to Perth, home of Edradour!
Day 2: On to the West: You will see the Falls of Dochart and the enigmatic splendor of Glencoe. You will then follow the Great Glen and the Caledonian Canal before turning again westwards and then cross “over the sea to Skye” .
Day 3: Beautiful Skye: Enjoy the unique and stunning scenery of Skye, home of Talisker. See natural wonders like Kilt Rock, gain insight into the Lords of the Isles at Dunvegan Castle and experience magnificent views through the Cuillin Mountains.
Day 4: The Highlands: Enjoy the incomparable setting of
Eilean Donan Castle before meandering back through the Black Isle via Glen Morangie, and then on to Inverness.
Days 5—7: My Heart’s in the Highlands: Explore the land of many of the best whiskies available! We’ll visit Loch Ness and the Cairngorm Mountains, explore the Spey Valley (home to Glenfiddich, the worlds favorite malt and so many others!). We will visit Royal Deeside where Lochnagar is made and then on to the Moray Coast and historic Dallas Dhu.
Day 8: Back to Edinburgh to return home or to continue exploring Edinburgh, Glasgow, or your choice destination.
